Mahalanobis National Crop Forecast Centre (MNCF), New Delhi under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmer’s welfare, Government of India awarded a project for ‘Gram Panchayat (GP) level yield estimation of wheat crop in Harda and Seoni districts of Madhya Pradesh using technology’ , to a consortium of Gokhale Institute & Politics and Semantic Technologies Pvt Ltd. The technology of using Machine Learning( ML) to estimate the gram panchayat level crop yield was outsourced to Data Science Lab Consulting Pvt. Ltd.
